Sticker packs and video packs from Design Packs, as well as backgrounds and objects, can be changed in the same manner as replacing media clips. Double-clicking text you wish to edit on the timeline opens the Text Editing panel, allowing you to modify it to your desired wording. Various styles such as size and position can also be changed by adjusting various setting options.
