Paid Services Policy
【Chapter 1. General Provisions】
Article 1 [Purpose]
The purpose of this Policy is to set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities and other necessary matters between
GOM & Company (the “Company”) and the User in connection with the use of the Paid Services provided by the GOM Lab websites by the Company (including https://www.gomlab.com and all relevant sub-domains, hereinafter referred to as the “GOM Lab”).
Article 2 [Definition of Terms]
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.
- ①Paid service refers to the service accompanying the payment and use of various services the Company provides for a fee.
- ②Payment refers to paying a certain amount to the company through various payment methods to use paid services and products provided by the company.
- ③Automatic payment refers to a paid service where payments are made on a recurring basis and the subscription period automatically renews.
- ④A discount coupon is a coupon issued free of charge by the Company that can be used when purchasing a license, and the discount amount (discount rate), use period, and restrictions are displayed on the service screen.
- ⑤Free License or Discount License refers to gift coupon etc. issued by the company through various events and use the service without paying a separate fee or paying a discounted fee.
- ⑥GOM Easy Pass service(referred to as “GOM Pass”) is a paid membership service for individual members, providing benefits related to additional services. It can be subscribed and used on a monthly or yearly basis. However, Permanent License is only available for certain versions.
- ⑦Membership benefits refers to the benefits provided by the company to members under these Terms and Conditions
- ⑧GOM Pass Cancellation Period refers to the period during which an individual member can cancel the first auto payment for GOM Pass service within 10days of payment, without any conditions. It is limited to one time per account and applies only to the initial automatic payment of the subscription.
- ⑨Extension of License refers to extending the license period before expiration date of the current license key.
- ⑩Credit refers to cyber money generated by members through various payment methods specified in Article 5 (Payment Methods, etc.) of these Terms and Conditions, or provided in exchange for consent, agreement, or fulfillment of terms and conditions for events, promotions, or other transactions conducted by the company. It serves as a means of payment, similar to cash, for accessing GOM Lab's additional products.
- ⑪Credit consists of paid credits purchased directly by users and bonus credits provided as part of purchase benefits or events/promotions.
- ⑫Paid credits are earned by members using various payment methods provided by the company to use additional products. They are recharged at a rate of 1 credit for every $0.1 spent. Paid credits are comprised of Subscription Plan Credits, which automatically recharge a set amount, and rechargeable credits, which are Prepaid Plan Credits. Subscription Plan Credits are valid for 30 days, while Prepaid Plan Credits are valid for 365 days. They expire after the expiration date.
- ⑬Bonus credits are credits offered free of charge by the company to members. These credits include benefits associated with company events, promotions, and credit purchases. Bonus credits can only be used within the validity period set by the company and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another person.
- ⑭Terms not defined in Article 2 shall have the respective meanings given in the Company's Terms and Conditions and in trade usage and relevant laws and regulations.
【Chapter 2. Payment for Paid Services】
Article 3 [Definition of Terms]
- ①These Terms and Conditions are established when a member agrees to the Company's Paid Services Policy, Payment instructions, Automatic payment (limited to applicable products), and other service policies when making a payment. The payment request by the user wishing to use the paid service is accepted by the Company. All other matters are governed by the Company's policies.
Article 4 [Payment Process for Paid Services]
- ①To purchase the Company's license, the user must register as a member of GOM Lab.
- ②Once you make a payment for Software, the purchase information will be sent to you at the email address that is saved in your information details.
- ③All licenses sold by GOM Lab (auto-payment, period, and permanent licenses) have a usage period calculated from the time of payment completion
- ④After making payment for the package, complete sign in (genuine registration) to each software before using the package.
- ⑤When purchasing a license with a discount coupon, only one discount coupon can be used per ID.
- ⑥When purchasing an automatic payment, the discount coupon applies only to the first payment
- ⑦In relation to the automatic payment license, the use of the full version service usage may be suspended if the automatic payment fails due to suspension, exceeding the limit, changes in payment method information, and others.
- ⑧For Business Members, license extension payment is only available within the validity period of the license registration key, and extension is not possible for expired license registration keys.
- ⑨For Business Members, license extension payment is available starting from 100 days prior to the expiration date of the license registration key.
- ⑩The member is deemed to have agreed to the following in proceeding with payment for the license.
- 1)If the member agrees to the Use Terms and Conditions of the paid service to proceed with payment, the member is deemed to understand and agree to the terms entirely. If the member does not agree to these policies, the member cannot proceed with the payment for the paid service and use the service.
- 2)The User shall be deemed to have agreed to the policies of each payment agent according to the payment method chosen for processing payment for paid services.
Article 5 [Payment Means and Method]

①The Member may use each of the following payment means to use the Paid Services of the Company. Each of the following subparagraphs below provided by the Company may be subject to change, expand or reduce later.
- 1)LLC DBA FASTSPRING
- 2)PayPal Pte. Ltd.
- 3)Avangate B.V.
- 4)Payletter
- 5)Alipay / Alipay+
- ②The Company may establish a monthly cumulative payment limit for each Member based on the Member’s transaction amount using the Paid Services hereunder, pursuant to policies of external payment (agent) service provider (bank, credit card company or payment gateway), internal policies of the Company and other applicable laws. In such case, if the Member wishes to use Paid Services exceeding his/her limit of transaction, the Member may be prohibited from using Paid Services for the relevant month. If Payment is temporarily unavailable due to technical failure, excess of limit, etc., the Company may proceed with the contemplated Payment when such failure is resolved (on the next day in case of excess of limit, etc.).
- ③In principle, Paid Services shall be used after Payment is made first, and purchasing License is available through the means of payment set forth in these Policies.
- ④The paid service license provided by the Company can be found on GOM Lab, and the license and fee system may change without prior notice according to the Company's service policy.
- ⑤Information related to Payment may be verified by email sent at the time of initial payment and My Page, etc.
Article 6 [Credit]
- ①You can recharge your paid credits by selecting the desired amount from the payment units on the GOM Lab Credits page.
- ②You can hold up to 5,000 paid credits.
- ③The amount of paid credit recharge may be limited in use and amount depending on the restrictions of the relevant telecommunications company in the case of mobile phone payments. In addition, there are usage restrictions depending on the payment method selected by the member.
- ④Credits can be used at a rate equal to $0.1 in cash per credit.
- ⑤Any paid services provided using credits are limited to personal use within the scope established by the company. Any use exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether it is for profit or non-profit purposes. Any copying, transmission, distribution, rental, or broadcasting to third parties is prohibited.
- ⑥The scope of paid services that can be paid for with credit, how to use them, usage restrictions, etc. are subject to the information or policies provided on the service page.
- ⑦If the additional products purchased credits are used and deducted, no separate payment cancellation or refund will be provided for the deducted credits.
- ⑧The validity period of Subscription Plan Credits is 30 days, and that of Prepaid Plan Credits is 365 days.
Credits that have expired will automatically expire and cannot be used or restored. - ⑨Cancellation of credit payments, automatic payment cancellation, refunds, etc. are processed in accordance with the standards of these Paid Service Terms of Use.
- ⑩Bonus credits provided by the company to members are non-refundable.
- ⑪Bonus credits provided by the company to members can only be used within their respective expiration dates. Bonus credits are valid for 30 days if provided as a purchase benefit but may have different expiration dates if received as part of promotions, events, or customer rewards. Bonus credits will automatically expire and cannot be used after their expiration date.
【Chapter 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy】
Article 7 [Automatic Payment and Cancellation]
- ①The company may retain member payment information for the duration of the service period and for a certain period after the end of the service period to automatically renew and bill monthly or annually for service usage agreements
- ②If a member registers for automatic payment and does not cancel, the payment will be automatically billed and settled on a regular basis, regardless of whether the paid service is actually used.
- ③If you cancel your automatic payment plan, billing and payments will be suspended from the next scheduled payment date, and your service period will be suspended. You can continue using the service until the end of your subscription period
- ④If automatic payments fail due to changes in payment information, loss of your credit card or mobile phone, insufficient funds, or other reasons, automatic payments and service renewal period will be suspended.
- ⑤The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from automatic payment suspension or service suspension due to reasons attributable to the member, such as non-payment of usage fees.
Article 8 [Cancellation and Refund Policy]
- ①Payment cancellation is available within seven (7) days from the license payment date if there is no sign in (genuine registration) or use of the software history. Some means of payment may result in a refund fee.
- ②When sign-in (genuine registration) is completed, it is regarded as "damaging the packaging of a product that can be reproduced." After this, payment cancellation and refund are not available, as well as resale and transfer to others.
- ③In case of early termination of the automatic payment license, the payment for the next session will not proceed. However, the usage amount for the period from the requested date for the early termination to the next payment date will not be refunded.
- ④The same coupon cannot be used when conducting payment cancellation and refund for a license purchased with a discount coupon.
- ⑤Payment cancellation for packages is available within seven (7) days of payment, given that no sign-in record exists in the software (genuine registration). Payment cancellation is not available if there are one or more sign-in (genuine registration) records.
- ⑥After the payment completion, if there is a coupon registered before the sign in (genuine registration), the coupon will be automatically canceled upon sign in (genuine registration). In this case, the remaining coupon use period will expire, and no refund or additional period will be provided.
- ⑦For the Business Members, once the date of usage of the license registration key starts, payment cancellation and refund are not possible.
- ⑧When canceling /refunding an extended payment before business members’ number of days of use of license key is deducted, the usage period of the extended license will be automatically deducted, and the original registration key will be restored to its original expiration date.
- ⑨Partial cancellation of the license key for business member subscription payment is not possible. After canceling the entire payment, you can extend it by selecting the required license.
- ⑩If you have acquired the license free of charge, and not through a paid payment, but through special services(coupons, gift cards, bonus points given by administrators), you may not cancel your payment or request a refund, because you have not made any actual payment.
- ⑪If you breach this Agreement or any relevant laws, by such acts as sharing of your paid Software license with any third parties, payment cancellations or refund requests may not be allowed.
- ⑫If it is within 10 days of completing the first GOM Pass payment (1st time), payment can be canceled only once per account, even if there is a sign-in(license registration) record. Payment can be canceled within 7 days of completing the second payment, provided that there is no sign in(license registration) record to the software. If there is more than one sign in(license registration) record, payment cancellation is not possible.
- ⑬If you purchase a GOM Pass and additional products together and use the service, free cancellation is not possible.
- ⑭If the credit is not used within 7 days of payment, cancellation is possible.
- ⑮When canceling or refunding credit payments, expired paid credits and bonus credits that are free of charge are excluded from cancellation and refund.
- ⑯If you cancel your membership while holding credits, your credits will be expired immediately upon cancellation, regardless of their expiration date. Expired credits cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- ⑰Credit refunds are available in special circumstances, such as membership cancellation. The refundable amount is calculated by converting [held paid credits - bonus credits related to previously used paid credit purchases] into USD, deducting a refund fee. The refund fee is $1.00 for amounts less than $10.00 and 10% for amounts greater than $10.00. The credits will no longer be available for use immediately after a refund request.
- ⑱Credit refunds will be processed as a partial refund by the payment method used, and details will be determined by the policy of each method.
- ⑲In any of the following cases, it will not be counted as the number of days of service use, and Company will not issue compensation for any damages:
- 1)In the event that the service cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as national emergencies or natural disasters;
- 2)In the event Company carries out regular checks according to a schedule pre-defined by it, or expands the servers, or replaces any other equipment based on advance notice;
- 3)In the event the service cannot be provided due to causes imputable to you, such as ill intention or negligence;
- 4)In the event the service cannot be provided for inevitable reasons due to the nature of the telecommunication service;
- 5)In the event of a failure in the telecommunications service provided by other telecommunications service providers other than the Company;
- 6)In the event of individual communication lines and equipment constraints and failures that the user chooses to use.
- ⑳The payment cancellation/refund process according to each payment method is subject to the relevant payment agency policy and may be changed depending on the circumstances of the Company concerned. We follow the policy of the payment agency used on GOM Lab for the normal payment and some means of payment may result in a refund fee during this process. For related inquiries, please contact the payment agency separately. (However, in case of the first GOM Pass, payment can be canceled within 10 days from the day of payment, without any conditions, limited to one time per account, regardless of the payment agency policy below. In the case of the second payment, the policy below is followed.

- 4)Payletter
- □Credit card: You can cancel the payment within 7 days, and refund fees may apply for refunds, and refunds will be made after excluding refund fees. However, the cancellation period may vary depending on the policy of the respective credit card company.
- 5)Alipay / Alipay+
- □You can cancel the payment within 7 days, and refund fees may apply for refunds, and refunds will be made after excluding refund fees. However, the cancellation period may vary depending on the policy of the respective credit card company.
- 1)FASTSPRING
- ㉑Refund will be made via wire transfer, which is available only if the name of the account holder with relevant financial institution matches the Member name. However, the refund is not possible with the account of the foreign (except South Korea) financial institution.
- ㉒The Company shall not be held liable for disadvantages caused by reasons attributable to the member's mistake when requesting a refund.
- ㉓Member shall be deemed to have made Payment for paid services as he/she agrees to the cancellation and refund policy established by the Company.
Addendum
This Paid Service Policy shall take into effect from October 29th, 2025
In principle, members who have already made payments and using Paid services are in progress before the effective date of this Paid Service Policy shall be applied with the Policies before amendment.
However, if you continue to use the service under these Terms after the effective date of the changed Terms as announced, you agree to the Terms after the Change.

- ⑤GOM Easy Pass service(hereinafter referred to as “GOM Pass”) is paid membership service in which the company provides benefits related additional services to members, which can be signed up and used on a monthly basis.
- ⑥Membership benefits provided by the company to members under the Terms and Conditions.
- ⑦GOM Pass Cancellation Period refers to the GOM Pass cancellation period during which the member can cancel the payment within 10days of payment without any conditions, limited to one time, upon the first purchase of the GOM Pass service.
- ⑧Extension of License refers to extending the license period before expiration date of the current license key.
- ⑨Terms not defined in Article 2 shall have the respective meanings given in the Company's Terms and Conditions and in trade usage and relevant laws and regulations.

The payment for the paid service is established with the user's request and the Company's approval only when the user agrees to the terms of use and paid service policy to conclude a use contract for the Company's paid service. The other matters shall be in accordance with the policies issued by Company.
Article 4 [Payment Process for Paid Services]
- ①To purchase the Company's license, the user must register as a member of GOM Lab.
- ②Once you make a paid payment for Software, the purchase information will be sent to you at the email address that is saved in your information details.
- ③The use period is calculated from the time payment is made for the automatic payment license, and from the time of sign in (genuine registration) is completed for the term and permanent licenses.
- ④After making payment for the package, complete sign in (genuine registration) to each software before using the package.
- ⑤The discount coupon is applied only to the first payment when purchasing an automatic payment license.
- ⑥In relation to the automatic payment license, the use of the full version may be suspended if the automatic payment fails due to suspension, limit exceeding, payment method information change, and others.
- ⑦When purchasing a license with a discount coupon, only one discount coupon can be used per ID.

Please read the Payment and Refund policy of GOM Software License before purchasing a full version license key.
If a user agrees to the checkbox of 'Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy' and 'Payment Cancellation / Refund Guide’ on the Software Product Purchase page, the user will be deemed to recognize and agree to Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the 'Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy' and 'Payment Cancellation / Refund Policy’, you will be unable to proceed with your purchase.
The payment cancellation or refund for GOM Software is only available within 7 days from the payment date if the license key is not registered. Some means of payment may result in a refund fee.
However, even if 7 days have not passed since the payment date, it is not possible to cancel the payment for any reason due to a product characteristic when the license key is already registered. Please use the free version sufficiently before purchasing the product.
The genuine product in this policy includes an upgrade product.
Payment
- 1) The Agreement regarding the paid license of this Software shall be established by your consent to this Agreement, your application for the paid license, and acceptance thereof by GOM & Company. The other matters shall be in accordance with the policies issued by GOM & Company.
- 2) To make a payment for this Software, you may purchase the license at the GOM Lab homepage(https://www.gomlab.com/), or from a service provider who is authorized to sell licenses by GOM & Company.
- 3) Once you make a payment for this Software, the license information will be sent to you at the email address saved in your profile, if you are a registered member. If you are a non-registered member, the license information will be sent to you at your email address entered by you for the purchase.
- 4) In case of paid users, they are deemed to consent to the following: GOM & Company may provide you with various information considered necessary for your use of the service by such means as email or wireless text messages, and you may refuse to receive such information at your discretion. However, GOM & Company may notify you including users who have refused to receive such information by such means as an email of such matters as important changes in policies for the use of the service.
- 5) After you purchase a software license, you may cancel the payment if the payment cancellation and refund warranty period defined by GOM & Company (within 7 days of the payment date) has not expired. According to Article 17, Section 2, (4) of The Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., it stipulates that the withdrawal of subscription cannot be made "in the event of damage to the packaging of goods, etc which can be reproduced." Due to the characteristic of the software, if you have registered a genuine license key, you will be deemed to have damaged the packaging and you will not be able to withdraw your subscription, i.e., payment cancellation, refund, or partial cancellation/refund.
- 6) If you use the payment information of a third party without their consent thereof, you shall be liable to civil/criminal liabilities, and may be subject to punishment under any relevant laws.
- 7) The payment cancellation or refund is not available if the payment cancellation and refund period (within 7 days from the date of payment) has passed, even if you have not registered your license key of GOM Software.
Refund Policy
- 1) The payment cancellation or refund for GOM Software is only available within 7 days from the payment date if the license key is not registered. Some means of payment may result in a refund fee.
- 2) The refund of the software is only available before the registration of a license. However, if you have already registered your license, you cannot cancel your payment or get a refund for any reason due to a product characteristic.
- 3) In the case of a product bundle (Package) where more than two licenses are involved, since it is considered a single product, the refund for the whole product is not possible if one of the licenses is registered and the partial cancellation or refund for any unused license is also not allowed.
- 4) If you have acquired the license free of charge, and not through a normal payment, but through special services (coupons, gift cards, bonus points given by administrators), you may not cancel your payment or request a refund, because you have not made any actual payment.
- 5) If you breach this Agreement or any relevant laws, by such acts as sharing of your paid Software license with any third parties, or executing this Software concurrently on a number of computers with only one paid license, payment cancellations or refund requests may not be allowed.

6) In any of the following cases, it will not be counted as the number of days of service use, and GOM & Company will not issue compensation for any damages:
- - In the event GOM & Company cannot provide the service due to force majeure, such as national emergencies, or natural disasters;
- - In the event GOM & Company carries out regular checks according to a schedule pre-defined by it, or expands the servers, or replaces any other equipment based on advance announcements;
- - In the event the service cannot be provided due to causes imputable to you, such as ill intention or negligence;
- - In the event the service cannot be provided for inevitable reasons due to the nature of the telecommunication service;
- - In the event of a failure in the telecommunications service provided by other telecommunications service providers other than the company;
- - In the event of individual communication lines and equipment constraints and failures that the user chooses to use.

7) The payment cancellation/refund process according to each payment method is subject to the relevant payment agency policy and may be changed depending on the circumstances of the company concerned In case that the refund is made into an account, the deposit can only be processed if the name of the depositor in the financial institution account you are receiving and the name of the software buyer are the same. However, the refund is not possible with the account of the foreign financial institution.
We follow the policy of the payment agency used on GOM Lab for the normal payment and some means of payment may result in a refund fee during this process.

The deposit period after the payment is up to 23:59:59 the next day, and the payment will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not made within the deadline.
- 8) The company shall not be held liable for disadvantages caused by reasons attributable to the member's mistake when requesting a refund.
