Hello, this is GOM Support Team.
From August 11, 2026, GOM Lab’s Terms and Conditions will be revised, and we hereby inform you of the relevant contents.
1. Reasons of Revision
- Creation of new provisions in accordance with the provision of new services of GOM Lab

| 1) | Certain software provided by the Company may include content generation features powered by generative AI. This section is provided solely to inform and notify members of such features, and actual AI content generation is available only within the applicable software. | |||||||||
| 2) | Content generated by AI (hereinafter referred to as “AI Content”) may contain errors or inaccurate information due to technical limitations. The Company does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, suitability for any particular purpose, or completeness of the AI Content. | |||||||||
| 3) | Members must review and verify AI Content directly before using it or providing it to any third party. Members shall be solely responsible for any legal, ethical, or other liabilities arising from the use of AI Content, including but not limited to the infringement of third-party rights such as copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, data protection rights, or defamation-related rights. | |||||||||
| 4) | The Company may modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of the AI features for reasons including service operation, technical improvements, security enhancements, or other necessary circumstances. In addition, AI features may be provided based on external AI services or AI model providers, and such features may be modified or discontinued due to changes in the policies of such providers, service interruptions, or other circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such modification, suspension, or discontinuation, except where caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence. | |||||||||
| 5) | If a member violates applicable laws or these Terms, or uses AI features for improper purposes, the Company may, without prior notice, take necessary measures to protect the service and ensure stable operation, including restricting access to AI features, removing content, or restricting the member's account. | |||||||||
| 6) | If a third party initiates a lawsuit, claim for damages, or other dispute against the Company due to a member's violation of these Terms or the member's use of AI Content, the member shall resolve such matter at their own expense and responsibility and shall compensate the Company for any damages incurred as a result. | |||||||||
| 7) | The Company shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, or legal liabilities arising from a member's use of AI Content or reliance on AI Content, unless such damages result from the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence. |

3. Revision Date
GOM Lab's revised terms and conditions will take effect from August 11, 2026.
