Is it possible to cancel GOM Easy Pass for free within the first 10days of the initial subscription?
If you are using the automatic monthly payment of GOM Easy Pass for the first time, we provide a 10-day free cancellation period.
You can cancel the payment within 10 days after the first payment, and cancellation can be done in 'My Page' > 'Payment History.'
However, if you paid using Komoju, Fastspring or PayPal, direct cancellation is not possible. Please contact our customer service for cancelation.
The 10-day free cancellation for GOM Easy Pass is provided only once for the first payment on each account.
After the second payment, cancellation and refund are available for the second payment only if the product has not been used within 7 days. Please keep this in mind for your usage. (The secondary payment cannot be directly canceled for free.)

I am curious about the next automatic payment date! When is the next automatic payment date?
GOM Easy Pass has monthly/yearly payment options.
The next payment date for monthly payments is + 30 days from the first payment date.
The next payment date for yearly payments is +365 days from the first payment date.
Please keep in mind.
If you made the first payment of the monthly payment on January 1, 2024, the next payment date would be +30 days later, on January 31, 2024.
If you made the first payment of the yearly payment on January 1, 2024, your next payment date will be +365 days later on January 1, 2025.

- GOM Easy Pass can be canceled for 10 days after payment for the pass, and only one cancellation can be made within 10 days per account.
