How can I find and send conversion logs?
① Open the [Log] menu in the encoding completion dialog box.
Click [Copy Log].
② Paste (Ctrl+V) the copied log data into Notepad.
③ Please send us the two video files, the source video and edited video.
Send the files in a [large attachment email] to gomtv@gomcorp.com.
