The subtitles get missing from a subtitled video when encoded.
If the subtitles embedded in the video is not played properly, follow the instructions below and try again.
① Enable [Configurations (F5) > Subtitle > Use external subtitle file first].
② Import a video file and subtitles file and start encoding.
