[GOM Mix 10] How to Update Intel Graphics Drivers
After upgrading to GOM Mix 10, your graphics driver may need to be updated.
Please follow the steps below.
※ You can still launch GOM Mix 10 even if you click the 'Cancel' button in this pop-up window.
1. Automatically update the driver using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) automatically detects Intel hardware installed on your PC and checks for available driver updates.
[Download Intel® Driver & Support Assistant]
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
1. Select Download now on the page above.
2. Run the downloaded Intel® Driver & Support Assistant installer.
3. After the installation is complete, launch Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
4. Check “I agree to the license terms and conditions”, then proceed with Install → Accept.
5. On the page that opens after installation, download and install the Intel graphics driver, or select Download all to install all available driver updates.
6. After the installation is complete, restart your PC.
2. If the graphics model cannot be detected automatically
1. Search for Device Manager using the Windows search box.
2. Double-click Display adapters, then double-click the Intel graphics device shown in the list.
3. Check the graphics device name displayed in the window.
Example: Intel(R) HD Graphics
If an exact model name such as Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 or Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 is displayed, you can search for the appropriate driver on the Intel website.
However, if only a generic name such as Intel(R) HD Graphics or Intel(R) HD Graphics Family is displayed, the correct driver cannot be identified from that information alone.
In this case, please check the Hardware Ids using the path below and send us a screenshot of the information displayed.
Device Manager → Display adapters → Right-click the Intel graphics device → Properties → Details → Hardware Ids
We will use the hardware information you provide to identify the graphics device installed on your PC and guide you to the appropriate driver.
