[Payment] What should I be aware of when purchasing a subscription?

- All licenses (automatic payment, period, lifetime licenses, and credits) sold at GOM Lab are available for use from the moment payment is completed.
- Regardless of the number of licenses purchased, the period of use is calculated from the moment payment is completed.
■ Software
- The Period License is available permanently with the current purchased version.
- The Permanent License is available permanently with the current purchased version.
- It is not possible to sign in(genuine registration) on 2 or more PCs at the same time with one license key.

■ Credits
- Credits are divided into paid and bonus credits.
- The maximum number of paid credits that can be held per account is 5,000 credits.
- If the maximum credit balance is exceeded, automatic payment may not be processed properly.
- Available credits are tied to the account where they are earned and cannot be transferred or resold.
- The validity period of paid and bonus credits earned from a subscription plan is 30 days from the date of earning. For prepaid plan credits, the validity period is 365 days from the date of earning for paid credits, and 30 days for bonus credits. Credits will expire automatically once their validity period ends and cannot be used or restored after expiration.
- Credits are used in order of earliest expiration. If multiple credits have the same validity period, bonus credits will be used first.
