I signed up using a Google simple login and made a purchase, but my license is not showing.
There may be cases where your license does not appear after logging in, even though you signed up with a simple login account (e.g., Google) and purchased a license. This issue can occur when the login information stored in your current web browser (e.g., Chrome or Edge) does not match the login information used when you signed up for your GOM Lab simple account.
Therefore, please check whether the actual account (email address) you used to register on the GOM Lab website matches the account information currently stored (logged in) in your web browser.
