For GOM Lab software, refunds or cancellations are possible within 7 days of purchase only if the product has not been used.

Please note that if the product has been used, registered on your PC, or if any credits granted after purchase have been used, cancellation or refund will not be possible.
[GOM Easy Pass Refund Policy]
For first-time users of GOM Easy Pass monthly or yearly auto-renewal subscriptions, a 10-day free cancellation period is provided.

Cancellation is possible within 10 days of the first payment, and can be done directly via [My Page > Payment History/Management].

For Naver MY BOX package products, direct cancellation is not available, so please contact customer support. If a provided MY BOX coupon has been used, cancellation is not possible.

If payment was made via KOMOJU, Fastspring, or PayPal, direct cancellation is not available, so please contact customer support.

The 10-day free cancellation for GOM Easy Pass is available once per account and only for the first subscription.

For the second or subsequent payments, refunds or cancellations are possible only within 7 days and if the product has not been used, and only for the specific payment. Please note that free cancellation is not available for second or subsequent payments.
