[Business] Can I change the registered contact person or email address?
Under the current policy, even if your active email address has changed, the original registered email cannot be modified.
However, due to the nature of educational institutions, public organizations, and enterprise environments, we may allow changes in exceptional cases such as staff replacement.
1. Changing your GOMLab account email address
If you wish to change your GOMLab account email address, go to GOMLab > Sign in > My Page > My Account > Scroll down and click Edit > Change Email Address.
Please note that the account email address can only be changed once per year.
2. Changing the license registration email address
To change the license registration email address, we require verification of account ownership. Please send an official request document including the following information:
- Organization name / Reason for change / Current email address (account) / New email address (account)
- Submit to: gomsales@gomcorp.com
Please note that the change may take up to 1–2 business days to process. Once the change is complete, all license information previously registered in the product (within the program) will be deactivated. Please make sure to inform your users of this and guide them to re-register using the new email address.
