GOM Mix Web

GOM Mix Web is available in the browser with WebGL support.
Users with the notification open that this page can’t be displayed on PC or browser in use is showing can resolve the problem in the following ways:

1. Changing settings (if your browser is Chrome or Microsoft Edge)
1) Settings > Advanced > System > Check the status of 'Use hardware acceleration when available'
(1) Switch to OFF if Use hardware acceleration when available is on
(2) Switch to ON if Use hardware acceleration when available is off

2. Using different browsers
GOM Mix Web is available in Chrome, Opera, and Edge browsers based on Chrome.
If it doesn’t run in your browser, please use another browser to use the service.
(e.g.) If a customer using Chrome browser sees a notification window on GOM Mix Web and the service is unavailable, please run the Opera browser to use the service.
