It is likely that the performance of your PC is not high enough to process encoding.

Configure the output settings as follows and try encoding again.

Compression Method: MPEG-4 Video Suitable for standard video (fast encoding)

Bit Rate: 4,000kbps

Screen Size: 1280 x 720

Resize filter Bilinear

If the problem persists, please try on a different computer.

To do it, your project must be exported using [Export] and transported to the other computer.

Please note your current GRP file cannot load all necessary data on another computer.

①  Open the GRP file.

②  Click [Export (Ctrl+E)] and save the file.

③  Open the folder in which the file is saved and zip the GRP file and the folder of source files together.

④  Save the zip file to a flash drive or email and open it on another PC.

The following specifications are the minimum system requirements for GOM Mix Pro.

Please contact our customer service if a problem occurs in the system environment with higher specifications than these.

(Even if these specifications are met, the software may still not work due to other system issues.)

CPU - Intel Core i3 (Haswell), AMD Athlon 64 X2 or higher

Memory - 4GB RAM or more (At least 1GB free memory is required.)

HDD - At least 1GB free space is required.

VGA - HD Graphics 4600 or higher
