[Login] My login keeps getting logged out.

The login information required to use the product is stored and utilized through the cookie data of the internet browser you are using.

If you checked “Keep me logged in” when logging into the product but continue to be logged out repeatedly, it is likely that you are using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and certain settings may be deleting your browser’s cookie data under specific conditions.

Additionally, please check whether you are using any antivirus programs or PC cleaner/optimization software on your computer that may automatically remove browser data as part of a system optimization function.

If such actions are performed and the browser cookie data is deleted, our product will not be able to locate the saved login information, which will require you to log in again.
