Completely uninstall GOM Player. After the uninstallation of GOM Player, reboot your computer.
Install the latest version of GOM Player.
[Step 2]: Install the FFDSHOW Codec.
Make sure to close out of GOM Player.
Then open GOM Player and play the video file as usual..
[Step 3]: Send your playback info to Customer Service.
Run the GOM Player.
Play the video file with the problem.
Press Ctrl+F1 while the video is being played and a pop-up window with the playback info will appear.
Press the "Copy to Clipboard" button in the lower left corner. (The information will be copied to the clipboard)
