As GOM Mix web is designed for different purposes from the encoder software, it does not support loading external subtitles. • GOM Encoder: Its main purpose is to convert the file extension and other formats of complete media files. • GOM Mix Web: Its main purpose is to create a video file added with photos, video clips and special effects. Loading external subtitles is supported by GOM Encoder.
