The video plays without any sound. What should I do?

Please confirm the items below if there is no sound.


1.  Please check if the mic and speakers are correctly set at [Preferences > Devices Tab].




2. Please check the bottom of the broadcast screen if the mic and speakers are muted, or if the volume is too low.
