|Playlist disappears every time I use GOM Audio. What should I do?|
This error occurs because the playlist could not be saved when GOM Audio exited, or if there is an issue in the playlist save folder.
1. Please try deleting the file in the temporary path.
Enter %appdata% in [Start > Run] and press OK to display the run window.
Please delete the “gretech\gomaudio\recent.asx” file and try again.
2. Files that include special characters among newly added songs could cause issues while reading the playlist file. Please check the playback files.
3. Please delete GOM Audio and install before trying again.
