Although you currently use a different email address, the Primary Email address cannot be changed.

The Primary Email address that you entered upon your purchase is the information saved with your license key when registering your license.
Since it is saved as your license information as soon as you complete your payment, although you currently use a different email address, you cannot change the basic Primary Email.

When you purchase a license, please enter the Email address you can permanently use as the Primary Email address.

* If you enterd Secondary Email when purchasing, you can find license information with the Secondary Email when you can't use Primary Email and when in this case, please make sure to contact our support center.
