|What should I do if there is a problem with the encoded file?|
Download and install the AC3 Filter from the URL below.
Also, uncheck [Settings> Audio tab> Normalizer].
If the problem persists, please send the encoding log to firstname.lastname@example.org as follows:
① Start encoding.
② In the encoding completion dialog box, click [Copy Log] at the bottom left corner.
③ Paste (Ctrl+V) the copied log into Notepad and email this Notepad file to our customer service (email@example.com).
It will be appreciated if you can send us the source file, too.
