What can I do if external subtitles are not automatically recognized or loaded in another language?
Please try the following settings: ① [Configurations(F5)> Subtitle> Use external subtitle file first] Select this option. ② Open the video and subtitles files to encode, and click [Set segment] ③ On the [Subtitles/Logo] tab, choose a language in [Specific language]. Now, try to encode the file and see if there is a problem.
