GOM Encoder

The program is not responding when I try to add a file to the playlist.

GOM Encoder analyzes video files being added to the encoding list. You may have trouble adding files to the list if its analysis is not working properly.

 

 

Possible causes are as follows:

 

1. Failure to analyze files

GOM Encoder first analyzes files being added to the list.

In this process, any damaged or unanalyzable file can cause the program to stop responding.

 

2. Unstable codec installed on the system

Any unstable codec installed on the system can interrupt the file analysis process, causing the program to stop or be unresponsive.

 

Please refer to How to uninstall a codec on our FAQ page, and remove unnecessary codecs. Note the problem may not be solved in some cases.
