GOM Mix Pro

While I am editing a video file, the system freezes too often.
There are mainly two causes of program interruptions. 1. When your PC does not meet the minimum system requirements for GOM Mix Pro. 2. When the files used for editing take up so much memory of GOM Mix Pro. First, send your PC specifications (CPU / VGA / RAM) to us via Customer Service > 1:1 Support. [Minimum System Requirements for GOM Mix Pro] CPU: Intel Core i3 (Haswell), AMD Athlon 64 X2 or higher Memory: 4GB or more (8GB or more is recommended for larger video files.) If you think your PC meets the system requirements, the problem may be the files you've been loading for editing. Please send your PC specifications and details of the files to our customer service. (File size, resolution, etc.)
