The most likely cause is the codecs installed on your system.
In [Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs], uninstall all codecs.
Then, play a movie and see if the problem has been solved.
If not, press Ctrl+F1 while playing a movie. On the Playback Info tab, click “Copy to clipboard” and send in an enquiry form to us.
