If the problem is still not resolved even after reinstallation, please check again after changing the settings as follows.
② Close the Preferences window and close the GOM Player and run it again.
③ Play back the video.
Before playing, also delete all installed codecs in the control panel.
If the problem persists after changing the settings, check if the video is playable with other players.
