If you run GOM Cam while the mainly paid lectures and streaming sites (Netflix, etc.) are on, symptoms such as forcing GOM Cam to end or showing a black screen for the recorded videos will occur.
If GOM Cam stops working on general screens such as Windows desktop, Google, etc., or if you get a black screen while you play recorded videos, please contact the support center. |
