GOM Cam

If you want to re-register a genuine product on another PC while registering it as a genuine product, you must deactivate the product and register a new one as described below.
 
How to deauthorize a registered PC
- If you have registered the product through GOM Lab sign in

① Click the [License Information] button in the top bar area.

 
② Click the [Sign Out] button.

- You have registered through License Key Activation

① Click the License Information button in the top bar area. 

② Click on the [Deauthorize] button.

 
③ The authorization mail is sent to the email address you entered upon purchase.
 
④ If you click on the deauthorization URL in the email, your license deauthorization is complete.
 
⑤ After deauthorizing, if you authorize your license again in a different PC, you can use GOM Cam in the PC.
 

How to deauthorize on your homepage
 
① Access the license release page.
    (Click 'Licenses Deauthorize' on the license management page.)

  
② Enter the e-mail address you used when purchasing and click the [Send] button.
 
③ Confirmation e-mail will be sent by e-mail. Please check your email.
 
④ Click the URL included in the email to complete the license certification.
※ If you have purchased multiple registration keys,
     you will be taken to the license management page when you click URL.
     On the Admin page, deauthorize by selecting the license key you want to disable.
 
⑤ After deactivation, you can register the license key on the PC where you want to register the genuine product.
