[Mac] Can I maintain the settings values I applied to the screen for all files?

You can specify the settings values to use in ‘Video> Video Filter’ of the menu bar, save it as a video filter, and use it again.

 

① Click the '+' button to add a filter.

② Adjust the values for each item to set the video filter you want.

③ After adjusting the values, add a video filter as setting the filter’s name and a shortcut key to use easily.
