[When the recorded file is not created in the save folder or cannot be played]
If you click the ‘Stop’ button after recording normally, the recorded video file should be created in the save folder.
However, if a file is not created in the save folder, or if it is created but cannot be played, please check if Bytefence software is installed on the PC.
If Bytefence software is installed, there are cases that the software misdiagnoses the creation of GOM Cam files as a threat,
so please use after deleting the software from ‘Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs’.
