If you have lost your activation key, you can use one of the following two methods to recover it.

- Recovering your key inside GOM Mix Pro
1. Run GOM Mix Pro.
2. Select the [Sign in] key icon located on the top bar of GOM Mix Pro. The GOM Lab window appears.
3. Click on [License Key Activation].
4. Click [Forgot License Key?].
5. Enter the email you used for the purchase and click [Send]. 
6. You will be emailed information about the activation process.
7. You can access your activation key in the GOM Lab “Check Authentication Information” page.

- Using the GOM Lab website to recover your key
1. If you made your purchase after logging in, you can access your key by logging into the GOM Lab website and navigating to [My Page > Your Purchase History].
2. If you did not log in for your purchase, navigate to [Customer Service > License > Find Your License Key] on the GOM Lab website to find your activation key through an email search.
