| Hi, First of all thanks for one of the greatest media players. I am having a problem when opening Video files with GOM in Windows 7 RC 1. It takes a long time to load the video, opening Mp3 files is instant, only video files take long, sometimes up to a few minutes. Occurs on any video file format. Is anyone else having this issue? Windows Media Player opens instantly and other machines using GOM open instantly. When this machine had Vista opening was also instant with Gom. I have an AMD 5200+ machine and an ATI graphics card with catalyst 9.5 and Antivir. My system rating is 5.3 so this is not a slow computer. So I am a bit confused, thanks in advance for any suggestions or bug fixes. Gom Version: 2,1,17,4710 (unicode) |

| Can not say about slow loading , but can say about crashes on W7 64 bit. Player can crash at the time of loading movie and this is not depended on type of movie. If player crashed, you can click on same video file and it will be played without problems. Hope this will be fixed soon. |

| My computer : Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 2x2Ghz Memory : 2Gb Video Card : ATI HD 2400 128 MB (Without Hyper Memory) OS : Vista SP1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ When I open an mpg (MPEG-2) file the player dont play instantly the video. I dont know if someone has the same problem as me. the player works perfecty with other formats like AVI and MKV.Plz can some one how te resolve this issue? |

| I have also same issue. Ive installed Windows 7 64bit freshly and latest Gom player aswell. For a couple of days there was no problem and suddenly started to have same problem. Loading so slow. When I use media player no problem everything is fine. My confguration is Core 2 QUAD, 4GB DDR2, total 2850 MB Grapchic Card with latest drivers so my system is quite up to date. Ive formatted the whole system and installed again. Again for a couple of days everything was fine than again same issue. Ive experinced same problem with different machines as I am IT Manager. I believe Gom Player needs some important updates for this issue. |
