3.3 Configuration Wizard

When you start GOM Player for the first time, the Configuration Wizard window will pop up, allowing you to set Language, Display, Codec, Subtitle and Speaker preferences.

Click GOM Player icon to start.

 

 

 

 

 

Normal Mode: Recommended for most users, and for those with low-performance computers.
High-Quality Mode: Used for high-quality images and subtitles.
TV Output Mode: Used for viewing computer screens on television.

Information!!

To start the Configuration Wizard manually, click on Preferences → General tab → Reset → Start Configuration Wizard,

GOM’s built-in codec improves image quality and uses fewer system resources.

Select speaker channel, then click Next.

Check the file types you want to play through GOM Player.

Priority – High: Choose the High option to minimize choppy images.

Click Finish to start GOM Player.
